Common Issues & Solutions
I don't see the Account Management or Billing option
Only Account Owners and Admins can access billing information. If you're a regular user, ask your account admin to grant you the necessary permissions or download the invoices for you.
Billing history shows no invoices despite having a paid plan
If you recently upgraded or just started your subscription, invoices may take 24-48 hours to appear. Check if your first billing cycle has completed.
Cannot download invoice or link is not working
Ensure your browser allows downloads from zoom.us and that pop-ups are enabled. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
Missing invoices for Zoom Phone or other add-ons
Add-on services may have separate billing cycles or be included in your main subscription. Check your plan details and look for itemized charges within your main invoice.
