Common Issues & Solutions
I don't see the Billing option in my Slack admin panel
Only Workspace Owners and Primary Owners can access billing information. Ask your workspace owner to grant you the necessary permissions or to download the invoices for you.
Invoices are missing for recent months
Slack generates invoices at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you're on annual billing, invoices may only appear yearly. Check your subscription details for billing frequency.
Download link is not working or invoice won't open
Try using a different browser or disable ad blockers. Ensure pop-ups are enabled for slack.com. Clear your browser cache and try again.
Can't find invoices older than 12 months
Slack typically provides 12-24 months of billing history. For older invoices, contact Slack support or check if you have email copies of older invoices.
