Common Issues & Solutions
I don't see the Billing option in my Shopify settings
Only Store Owners and users with full admin permissions can access billing information. Ask the store owner to grant you the necessary permissions or download the invoices for you.
Invoices are missing for recent billing periods
Shopify generates invoices at the start of each billing cycle. If you're on a trial or just started, invoices may not be available yet. Check your billing cycle date.
Download button is not working or invoice won't download
Try refreshing the page or using a different browser. Ensure pop-ups are enabled for myshopify.com and check your browser's download settings.
Can't find transaction fee invoices
Transaction fees depend on your Shopify plan. Basic Shopify and higher plans may have transaction fees. If you use Shopify Payments, transaction fees might be included in your main invoice.
