Zoho CRM is a comprehensive customer relationship management platform from Zoho Corporation. Managing your Zoho CRM invoices is essential for tracking CRM software expenses. This guide shows you how to access and download invoices from your Zoho account.
Prerequisites
You need Super Admin access to your Zoho account to view billing information and download invoices.
Sign in to Zoho Accounts
Access your Zoho account:
- Go to accounts.zoho.com
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Complete two-factor authentication if enabled
Access Subscriptions Portal
Navigate to billing management:
- Go to subscriptions.zoho.com
- Or from Zoho home, click on "Subscriptions"
- You'll see your Zoho subscription overview
- This manages all Zoho product subscriptions
Navigate to Billing
Find your invoices:
- In Subscriptions portal, click "Billing"
- Or look for "Invoices" in the menu
- See your Zoho CRM subscription details
- View all Zoho product subscriptions
Note: If you use multiple Zoho products, all invoices appear here.
View Invoice History
Access billing records:
- Click on "Invoices" or "Billing history"
- See list of all past invoices
- Each shows date, products, and amount
- Filter by date range or product if needed
Download Invoice PDF
Get your billing documents:
- Find the invoice you want to download
- Click on invoice number or "Download"
- Invoice opens or downloads as PDF
- Save for your accounting records
Manage Subscription
Update billing information:
- In Subscriptions, manage payment method
- Edit billing contact details
- Update subscription plan or users
- View renewal dates and amounts
Tip: Zoho sends email notifications for all subscription invoices and renewals.
Common Issues & Solutions
Can't access Subscriptions portal
Only Super Admin users can access billing. Contact your organization's Super Admin to grant permissions or request they download the invoices.
Multiple Zoho products on invoice
Zoho often bills all products together. Your invoice may include CRM, Mail, Books, and other Zoho services you use. Each will be itemized separately.
Different billing for Zoho.com vs regional sites
Zoho has regional sites (.com, .eu, .in, etc.). Make sure you're signed into the correct regional account where your subscription is registered.
Missing recent invoice
Invoices are generated on your renewal date. Check your subscription details to see the billing cycle. Annual subscriptions show one invoice per year.
