Prerequisites
You need to be the Account Owner or Admin to access billing information and download Zapier invoices.
Sign in to Zapier
Access your Zapier account:
- Go to zapier.com
- Click "Log in" and enter your credentials
- Navigate to your Zapier dashboard
- Ensure you have owner or admin permissions
Access Account Settings
Navigate to settings:
- Click on your profile icon in the top right
- Select "Manage Account" or "Settings"
- Look for "Plans & Pricing" or "Billing" section
- Navigate to billing area
Navigate to Billing
Find billing section:
- Click on "Billing" tab in account settings

Common Issues & Solutions
Can't access Billing section
Only Account Owners and Admins can access billing. If you're a team member, ask your account owner to grant admin permissions or provide the invoices.
No billing history available
If you're on the Free plan, you won't have billing history. Invoices appear only for paid plans (Starter, Professional, Team, Company).
Invoice download not working
Ensure pop-ups are enabled for zapier.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Contact Zapier support if the issue persists.
Invoice shows higher amount than expected
Check for task overage charges or premium app usage. Review your task usage in the billing section. Zapier charges for tasks beyond your plan limit.
