How to Download Invoices from WooCommerce

Access your WooCommerce account:

1. Go to woocommerce.com
2. Click "Log in" and enter your credentials
3. Navigate to your account dashboard
4. Look for My Account section

Navigate to account management:

1. Click on "My Account" in the top menu
2. Or click your profile icon and select "My Account"
3. You'll see your account overview
4. Look for purchases or subscriptions section

Find purchase history:

1. Click on "Purchases" or "Subscriptions" tab
2. View your WooCommerce extensions and services
3. See active subscriptions and renewal dates
4. Look for order history

Access billing records:

1. Click on "Orders" or "Billing history"
2. See list of all past purchases
3. Each shows date, order number, and total
4. Filter or search for specific orders

Get your invoice PDFs:

1. Find the order you need
2. Click "View" or "Download invoice"
3. Invoice opens or downloads as PDF
4. Save for your records

Note: Invoices include extension names and subscription details.

Update subscription details:

1. In Subscriptions section, view active renewals
2. Update payment method if needed
3. Edit billing address
4. Manage subscription renewals

Tip: WooCommerce sends order confirmation emails with invoice links.
