How to Download Invoices from Wix

To access your Wix billing information:

1. Go to wix.com and log in
2. Enter your Wix account credentials
3. Ensure you have Site Owner or billing permissions
4. You'll be taken to your Wix account dashboard

From your Wix dashboard:

1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner
2. Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu
3. Alternatively, you can access it via the main menu
4. You'll be taken to the account management area

In the Account Settings:

1. Look for "Billing & Payments" in the left sidebar
2. Click on "Billing & Payments" to access billing information
3. You may see options like "Payment Methods" and "Billing History"
4. Select "Billing History" to view past invoices

In the Billing History section:

1. You'll see a list of all past payments and invoices
2. Each entry shows date, amount, and service type
3. Use date filters to find specific billing periods
4. Look for invoices related to premium plans, domains, or apps

To download specific invoices:

1. Find the invoice you want to download
2. Look for "Download Invoice" or download icon
3. Click the download link to get the PDF invoice
4. The invoice will include all Wix services and charges

Note: Wix generates separate invoices for different services (premium plans, domains, apps).

For premium plan specific invoices:

1. In the Billing section, look for "Premium Plans" or "Subscriptions"
2. View invoices for Connect Domain, Combo, Unlimited, or other plans
3. Download invoices for annual or monthly subscriptions
4. Check for auto-renewal notifications and upcoming charges

Tip: Wix sends email notifications when new invoices are available.
