How to Download Invoices from Webflow

Webflow is a powerful website builder and hosting platform for designers and developers. Managing your Webflow subscription invoices is important for tracking website expenses and client billing. This guide will show you how to access and download invoices from your Webflow account.

Prerequisites

You need to be the Account Owner or have billing permissions to access and download Webflow invoices.

Sign in to Webflow

Access your Webflow account:

  1. Go to webflow.com
  2. Click "Log in" and enter your credentials
  3. Navigate to your dashboard
  4. Ensure you have owner or billing access

Access Account Settings

Navigate to settings:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right
  2. Select "Account settings" from dropdown
  3. Or navigate to workspace settings
  4. Look for "Billing" section

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In Account settings, click "Billing"
  2. View your workspace and site plans
  3. See active subscriptions
  4. Look for "Billing history" or "Invoices"

View Billing History

Access payment records:

  1. Click on "Billing history" tab
  2. See list of all past charges
  3. Each shows date, site/plan, and amount
  4. Filter by date or site if available

Download Invoices

Get your invoice PDFs:

  1. Find the invoice you need
  2. Click "Download invoice" or PDF icon
  3. Invoice downloads as PDF file
  4. Save for your records

Note: Invoices include site plans, workspace plans, and any add-ons.

Manage Billing Details

Update billing information:

  1. In Billing section, update payment method
  2. Edit billing address and company details
  3. Add VAT or tax ID for business accounts
  4. Changes apply to future invoices

Tip: Webflow sends invoice notifications to the account owner's email.

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't access Billing section

Only Account Owners have billing access. If you're a workspace member, ask the account owner to grant billing permissions or provide the invoices.

No billing history for my site

Free sites don't have billing history. Billing appears only for paid site plans (Basic, CMS, Business, Enterprise) and workspace plans.

Invoice download not working

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for webflow.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Contact Webflow support if the issue persists.

Multiple invoices for different sites

Each site plan is billed separately. Workspace plans are billed separately from site plans. You'll receive individual invoices for each subscription.
