How to Download Invoices from Webex

Webex is Cisco's enterprise video conferencing and collaboration platform. Managing your Webex subscription invoices is essential for tracking business communication expenses. This guide will show you how to access and download invoices from your Webex account.

Prerequisites

You need to be a Full Administrator to access billing information and download Webex invoices.

Sign in to Webex

Access your Webex account:

  1. Go to admin.webex.com
  2. Click "Sign In" and enter your Cisco credentials
  3. Navigate to Webex Control Hub
  4. Ensure you have Full Administrator access

Access Control Hub

Navigate to administration:

  1. From the Webex dashboard, access Control Hub
  2. Or directly visit admin.webex.com
  3. You'll see the admin dashboard
  4. Look for subscription or billing options

Navigate to Subscriptions

Find subscription section:

  1. In Control Hub, click "Management" in left sidebar
  2. Select "Subscriptions" or "Billing"
  3. View your current Webex licenses and services
  4. Look for "Billing History" or "Invoices" tab

View Billing History

Access billing records:

  1. Click on "Billing" or "Payment History" tab
  2. See list of all past invoices and orders

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't access Control Hub

Only Full Administrators can access Control Hub and billing. Contact your Webex admin to request administrator privileges or have them download invoices for you.

No billing section visible

Free Webex accounts don't have billing access. Only paid subscriptions (Webex Suite, Meetings, Calling) have invoice history. Ensure you're on a paid plan.

Enterprise billing through partner

If your organization purchased through a Cisco partner or reseller, billing may be handled by them. Contact your account manager or IT department for invoices.

Invoice download not working

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for webex.com. Try clearing browser cache or using Chrome. For enterprise accounts, contact Cisco support for assistance.
