Prerequisites
You need to be the Account Owner to access billing information and download Vimeo invoices.
Sign in to Vimeo
Access your Vimeo account:
- Go to vimeo.com
- Click "Log in" and enter your credentials
- Navigate to your Vimeo dashboard
- Ensure you're the account owner
Access Settings
Navigate to account settings:
- Click on your profile icon in the top right
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown
- You'll be taken to account management
- Look for billing or subscription section
Navigate to Billing
Find billing section:

Free Vimeo Basic accounts don't have billing history. Only paid plans (Plus, Pro, Premium, Enterprise) have invoice access.
Invoice download not working
Ensure pop-ups are enabled for vimeo.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Check email for automatic receipts.
Enterprise team billing
Vimeo Enterprise teams may have custom billing. Contact your Vimeo account manager or team admin for invoice access if not available in settings.
