Sign in to Trello Account

Go to trello.com and log in to your Trello account. Make sure you're using the account that has admin rights for the team with paid subscription.

Access Team Settings

Click on your team name or workspace in the left sidebar, then click on "Settings" to access your team's configuration options.

In the team settings menu, look for "Billing" or "Subscription" tab. Only team admins can access billing information for paid Trello teams.

In the billing section, scroll down to find "Payment history" or "Invoice history" to see all your past Trello subscription payments.

For each payment entry, click on "Download receipt" or "View invoice" to download the PDF invoice for that billing period.

Since Trello is now part of Atlassian, you can also access invoices through your Atlassian account at id.atlassian.com under billing settings.

Ensure you have admin privileges for the team. Only team admins can access billing information. Contact your team admin for access.

If you're on Trello's free plan, there won't be any payment history. Verify you're viewing the correct team with paid subscription.

Since Atlassian acquired Trello, billing may be managed through Atlassian accounts. Sign in with the same credentials at id.atlassian.com.

Try refreshing the page or clearing browser cache. Some ad blockers may interfere with the download functionality.

New invoices typically appear within 24-48 hours after payment processing. Check both Trello and Atlassian billing sections.
