Prerequisites

You need to be the Account Owner to access billing information and download Todoist invoices.

Sign in to Todoist

Access your Todoist account:

  1. Go to todoist.com
  2. Click "Log in" and enter your credentials
  3. Navigate to your dashboard
  4. Ensure you're the account owner

Access Settings

Navigate to settings:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right
  2. Select "Settings" from the dropdown
  3. Navigate to "Account" tab
  4. Look for billing or subscription section

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In Settings, click on "Billing" or "Subscription"
  2. View your current Todoist plan (Pro or Business)
  3. See subscription renewal date
  4. Look for "Payment history" link

View Payment History

Access billing records:

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't find Billing section

Free tier users don't have access to billing. Only Todoist Pro and Business subscribers can view payment history. Ensure you're on a paid plan.

No payment history available

If you subscribed through mobile app stores (iOS/Android), billing is handled by Apple or Google. Check your App Store or Google Play payment history instead.

Invoice download not working

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for todoist.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Check your email for automatic receipt notifications.

Need business account invoices

For Todoist Business, the workspace admin manages billing. Contact your admin to access invoices or request admin privileges.
