Prerequisites

You need to be a Company Admin to access billing information and download TeamViewer invoices.

Sign in to TeamViewer

Access your TeamViewer account:

  1. Go to login.teamviewer.com
  2. Click "Sign In" and enter your credentials
  3. Navigate to TeamViewer Management Console
  4. Ensure you have Company Admin access

Access Management Console

Navigate to admin area:

  1. From TeamViewer, access the Management Console
  2. Or visit login.teamviewer.com directly
  3. You'll see the admin dashboard
  4. Look for billing or subscription options

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In Management Console, click "Subscription" tab
  2. Or select "Billing" from the menu
  3. View your current TeamViewer license
  4. Look for "Billing history" or "Invoices"

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't access Subscription/Billing

Only Company Admins can access billing. Contact your TeamViewer Company Admin to request admin privileges or have them download invoices for you.

No billing history visible

Free TeamViewer accounts don't have billing access. Only paid licenses (Business, Premium, Corporate, Tensor) have invoice history.

Invoice download not working

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for teamviewer.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Contact TeamViewer support if issues persist.

Enterprise billing through reseller

If purchased through a reseller or partner, invoices may come from them. Contact your account manager or IT department for billing records.
