Common Issues & Solutions

I don't see the Billing section in my Stripe Dashboard

You need admin or owner permissions to access billing information. Ask your account owner to grant you the necessary permissions or to download the invoices for you.

Invoices are showing $0 or no charges

If you're on Stripe's free tier or have no recent transactions, invoices may show $0. Invoices are generated when there are actual charges to your account.

Cannot download PDF invoices

Ensure your browser allows downloads from stripe.com and that pop-ups are enabled. Try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache.

Missing invoices for specific months

Stripe generates invoices when there are charges. If you had no platform fees or processing in a given month, no invoice will be generated for that period.
