How to Download Invoices from Squarespace

Access your Squarespace account:

1. Go to squarespace.com
2. Click "Log In" and enter your credentials
3. Navigate to your account dashboard
4. Select the website you want billing for

Navigate to billing:

1. In your site dashboard, click "Settings"
2. Select "Billing & Account" from the menu
3. Or click your profile and go to "Billing"
4. View your subscription details

Find payment records:

1. In Billing section, look for "Billing History"
2. Click on "Invoices" or "Payment history"
3. View your subscription and domain charges
4. See all past transactions

Access your invoices:

1. See list of all billing statements
2. Each shows date, plan type, and amount
3. Filter by date range if available
4. Identify website and domain charges

Get your invoice PDFs:

1. Find the invoice you need
2. Click "Download" or "View invoice"
3. Invoice downloads as PDF file
4. Save for your accounting records

Note: Invoices include website plan, domain registration, and any add-ons like G Suite.

Update billing details:

1. In Billing section, update payment method
2. Edit billing address and company name
3. Add VAT or tax ID if applicable
4. Changes reflect on future invoices

Tip: Squarespace sends invoice emails to your account email address.
