How to Download Invoices from Square

Access your Square account:

1. Go to squareup.com/login
2. Enter your email and password
3. Navigate to your Square Dashboard
4. Ensure you have owner or full permissions

Navigate to account settings:

1. Click on "Account & Settings" in the left sidebar
2. Or click your business name and select "Account & Settings"
3. You'll see account management options
4. Look for billing or subscriptions

Find billing section:

1. Click on "Billing" in the settings menu
2. View your Square subscriptions and services
3. See processing fees and software subscriptions
4. Look for "Billing history" or "Statements"

Access billing records:

1. Click on "Billing history" or "View statements"
2. See list of all past charges and subscriptions
3. Each shows date, description, and amount
4. Filter by date range or service type

Get your billing documents:

1. Find the charge or subscription you need
2. Click "Download" or "View receipt"
3. Document downloads as PDF file
4. Save for accounting records

Note: Square provides receipts for subscriptions and monthly statements for processing fees.

Update billing information:

1. In Billing section, update payment method
2. Edit billing address if needed
3. Manage subscription renewals
4. Changes apply to future billing

Tip: Square sends email receipts for subscription charges and monthly processing statements.
