Sendinblue (now Brevo) is an email marketing and automation platform. Managing your Sendinblue subscription invoices is essential for tracking marketing expenses. This guide will show you how to access and download invoices from your Sendinblue/Brevo account.

Prerequisites

You need to be the Account Owner to access billing information and download Sendinblue invoices.

Sign in to Sendinblue

Access your Sendinblue account:

  1. Go to app.brevo.com (or sendinblue.com)
  2. Click "Login" and enter your credentials
  3. Navigate to your Brevo dashboard
  4. Ensure you're the account owner

Access Account Settings

Navigate to settings:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right
  2. Select "Account" or "My Account"
  3. You'll be taken to account management
  4. Look for billing or subscription section

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In Account settings, click "Billing & Plan"
  2. View your current Sendinblue/Brevo plan
  3. See email limits and renewal date
  4. Look for "Invoices" or "Billing history"

View Invoice History

Access billing records:

  1. Click on "Invoices" tab
  2. See list of all past invoices

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't access Billing section

Only Account Owners can access billing. Contact the person who created the Sendinblue account to download invoices or transfer ownership.

No invoice history available

Free Sendinblue accounts don't have billing history. Only paid plans (Starter, Business, Enterprise) have invoice access.

Invoice download not working

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for brevo.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Check email for automatic invoice notifications.

Brevo vs Sendinblue branding

Sendinblue rebranded to Brevo. Old invoices may show Sendinblue, newer ones show Brevo. Both refer to the same service and are valid.
