Common Issues & Solutions
Can't access Billing section
Only Account Owners and Admins can access billing. If you're a teammate, ask your account owner to grant admin permissions or provide the invoices.
No billing history available
If you're on the Free plan, you won't have billing history. Invoices appear only for paid plans (Essentials, Pro, Premier).
Invoice shows unexpected charges
Check for email volume overages beyond your plan limit. SendGrid charges for additional emails. Review your usage statistics in the dashboard.
Invoice download not working
Ensure pop-ups are enabled for sendgrid.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Contact SendGrid support if the issue persists.
