How to Download Invoices from SEMrush

SEMrush is a comprehensive SEO and digital marketing platform. Managing your SEMrush subscription invoices is essential for tracking marketing tool expenses. This guide will show you how to access and download invoices from your SEMrush account.

Prerequisites

You need to be the Account Owner or Admin to access billing information and download SEMrush invoices.

Sign in to SEMrush

Access your SEMrush account:

  1. Go to semrush.com
  2. Click "Log in" and enter your credentials
  3. Navigate to your SEMrush dashboard
  4. Ensure you have account owner access

Access Subscription Settings

Navigate to account settings:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right
  2. Select "Subscription Info" from the dropdown
  3. You'll be taken to subscription management
  4. Look for billing or payment history section

Navigate to Billing History

Find billing section:

  1. In Subscription Info, click "Billing history" tab
  2. View your SEMrush subscription plan
  3. See payment history and renewal date
  4. Look for list of past invoices

View Invoice List

Access billing records:

  1. See list of all past payments and invoices
  2. Each entry shows date, amount, and status
  3. Filter by date range if needed
  4. Look for download options

Download Invoices

Get your invoice PDFs:

  1. Find the invoice you need
  2. Click "Download PDF" or invoice icon

Note: SEMrush invoices include plan type and subscription period.

Update Billing Information

Manage payment details:

  1. In Subscription settings, update payment method
  2. Edit billing address and company details
  3. Add VAT number if applicable
  4. Changes apply to future billing

Tip: SEMrush sends invoice emails after each payment.

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't access Subscription Info

Only Account Owners can access subscription and billing. If you're a team member, contact the account owner to download invoices or request owner access.

No billing history visible

Free SEMrush accounts don't have billing history. Only paid subscriptions (Pro, Guru, Business) have invoice access. Ensure you're on a paid plan.

Invoice download not working

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for semrush.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Check email for automatic invoice notifications.

Need older invoices

All invoice history should be available in billing section. If you can't find old invoices, contact SEMrush support for archived billing records.
