Cannot find billing section
Ensure you have System Administrator permissions. Some Salesforce editions may have billing managed externally by partners.
Invoices not available in org
If you purchased through a partner, invoices may only be available through the partner portal, not directly in Salesforce.
Missing recent invoices
New invoices may take 1-2 business days to appear in the system after payment processing.
Cannot download PDF
Check your browser's popup blocker settings and ensure PDF viewing is enabled. Try using a different browser if issues persist.
Limited invoice history
Salesforce typically keeps 2-3 years of invoice history online. For older invoices, contact Salesforce support directly.
