How to Download Invoices from RingCentral

RingCentral is a leading cloud business phone and communication platform. Managing your RingCentral subscription invoices is essential for tracking business communication expenses. This guide will show you how to access and download invoices from your RingCentral account.

Prerequisites

You need to be a Super Admin to access billing information and download RingCentral invoices.

Sign in to RingCentral

Access your RingCentral account:

  1. Go to service.ringcentral.com
  2. Click "Login" and enter your credentials
  3. Navigate to your RingCentral dashboard
  4. Ensure you have Super Admin access

Access Admin Portal

Navigate to administration:

  1. From the app, click on your profile/account icon
  2. Select "Admin Portal" from the dropdown
  3. Or directly visit admin portal URL
  4. Look for billing or account management

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In Admin Portal, click "Billing & Payment"
  2. View your current plan and services
  3. See user licenses and phone numbers
  4. Look for "Billing History" or "Invoices"

View Invoice History

Access billing records:

  1. Click on "Invoice History" tab
  2. See list of all past invoices and statements
  3. Each shows date, invoice number, and amount
  4. Filter by date range or service type

Download Invoices

Get your invoice PDFs:

  1. Find the invoice you need
  2. Click "Download PDF" or "View Invoice"
  3. Invoice downloads as PDF file
  4. Save for your accounting records

Note: Invoices include all services, users, and add-ons.

Manage Billing Information

Update billing details:

  1. In Billing section, update payment method
  2. Edit billing address and company information
  3. Add tax exemption certificates if applicable
  4. Changes apply to future billing cycles

Tip: RingCentral sends invoice emails to Super Admins.

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't access Billing & Payment

Only Super Admins can access billing. Contact your RingCentral Super Admin to request access or have them download invoices for you.

No invoice history visible

Free trial accounts don't have invoice history. Only active paid subscriptions have access to billing records. Ensure you're on a paid plan.

Enterprise billing through partner

If purchased through a RingCentral partner or reseller, invoices may come from them. Contact your account manager or IT department for billing records.

Invoice download fails

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for ringcentral.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Contact RingCentral support if issues persist.
