Prerequisites

You need Admin access to your Recurly account to view billing information and download invoices.

Sign in to Recurly

Access your Recurly account:

  1. Go to app.recurly.com/login
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Complete two-factor authentication if enabled

Access Admin Dashboard

Navigate to account management:

  1. You'll land on the Recurly dashboard
  2. See overview of subscription metrics
  3. Look for settings or account options
  4. Locate billing section in navigation

Navigate to Account Settings

Find billing information:

  1. Click on your site name or settings icon
