How to Download Invoices from Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a sales-focused CRM platform designed to help sales teams manage deals and pipelines. Managing your Pipedrive invoices is important for tracking CRM software expenses. This guide will show you how to access and download invoices from your Pipedrive account.

Prerequisites

You need Admin access to your Pipedrive account to view billing information and download invoices.

Sign in to Pipedrive

Access your Pipedrive account:

  1. Go to app.pipedrive.com/auth/login
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Access your company account

Access Company Settings

Navigate to settings:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right
  2. Select "Company settings" from dropdown
  3. Or use settings gear icon
  4. You'll see company management options

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In Company settings, click "Billing"
  2. View your subscription plan details
  3. See current billing cycle
  4. Look for billing history or invoices

View Billing History

Access your invoices:

  1. Click on "Billing history" or "Invoices"
  2. See list of all past payments
  3. Each shows date, amount, and status
  4. Filter by date range if needed

Note: Invoices show subscription charges and any add-on fees.

Download Invoice PDF

Get your billing documents:

  1. Find the invoice you want to download
  2. Click "Download" or PDF icon
  3. Invoice downloads as PDF file
  4. Save for your accounting records

Manage Subscription

Update billing information:

  1. In Billing section, update payment method
  2. Edit billing contact details
  3. Manage subscription plan and users
  4. View next billing date and amount

Tip: Pipedrive sends email receipts for all subscription payments.

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't access billing settings

Only company Admin users can access billing. Contact your account administrator to grant billing permissions or request they download the invoices.

Missing recent invoices

Invoices are generated on your billing date (monthly or annual). If you don't see a recent invoice, check your billing cycle date in subscription settings.

Multiple companies or accounts

If you have multiple Pipedrive companies, each has separate billing. Make sure you're signed into the correct company to access its invoices.

Trial period invoices

Free trial periods don't generate invoices. Billing and invoices begin after the trial ends and first payment is processed.
