Report generation takes too long
Large date ranges may take time to process. Try shorter date ranges (1-3 months) or check your email for the download notification.
Missing transaction details
Some older transactions may have limited data. Ensure you're selecting the correct account if you have multiple PayPal accounts linked.
Cannot find specific invoice
Use the search function in Activity section with transaction ID, email, or amount to locate specific payments and their associated invoices.
Download link expired
Download links are temporary. If expired, request a new report generation from the Transaction Download section.
File format not compatible
Try different file formats. CSV works best for accounting software, while PDF is better for archival purposes.
