How to Download Invoices from Notion

To access your Notion billing information:

1. Open Notion in your web browser (notion.so)
2. Click on "Settings & members" in the left sidebar
3. If you don't see this option, click on your workspace name and look for settings
4. You'll be taken to the workspace settings page

In the workspace settings:

1. Look for the "Billing" tab in the settings menu
2. Click on "Billing" to access billing information
3. You may need to scroll down to find billing options
4. The billing section shows your current plan and payment details

To view your invoice history:

1. In the Billing section, look for "Payment history" or "Billing history"
2. Click on the payment history link
3. You'll see a list of all past payments and invoices
4. Each entry shows date, amount, and payment status

To download specific invoices:

1. Find the invoice you want to download in the payment history
2. Look for a "Download invoice" link or download icon
3. Click the download link to get the PDF invoice
4. The invoice will download to your default downloads folder

Note: Notion invoices are typically available within 24 hours of payment processing.

To ensure proper invoice delivery:

1. In the Billing section, look for "Billing information" or "Invoice details"
2. Verify your company name, address, and tax information
3. Update the billing email address if needed
4. Save any changes to ensure future invoices are sent correctly

Notion also sends payment receipts via email:

1. Check the email address associated with your Notion account
2. Look for emails from "Notion" or "noreply@notion.so"
3. These emails contain payment receipts and invoice links
4. Save important emails for your records
