Common Issues & Solutions
Can't access billing settings
Only team Owners can access billing. Contact your Netlify team owner to grant owner permissions or request they download the invoices.
Starter plan invoices
The free Starter plan doesn't generate invoices. Billing and invoices only apply when you upgrade to Pro or Business plans.
Usage-based charges
Netlify may charge for bandwidth and build minute overages. Check your invoice details to see base plan cost vs usage-based charges.
Multiple teams
If you're part of multiple Netlify teams, each has separate billing. Switch to the correct team to access its specific invoices.
