Prerequisites

You need to be the Account Owner or have billing permissions to download Moz invoices.

Sign in to Moz

Access your Moz account:

  1. Go to moz.com
  2. Click "Log in" and enter your credentials
  3. Navigate to your Moz Pro dashboard
  4. Ensure you have account owner access

Access Account Settings

Navigate to settings:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right
  2. Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown
  3. You'll be taken to account management
  4. Look for billing or subscription section

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In Settings, click "Billing & Invoices" tab
  2. View your current Moz subscription plan
  3. See renewal date and subscription details

Can't access Billing settings

Only Account Owners can access billing. If you're a team member, contact the account owner to download invoices or request owner permissions.

No billing history visible

Free Moz accounts don't have billing history. Only paid Moz Pro subscriptions (Standard, Medium, Large, Premium) have invoice access.

Invoice download not working

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for moz.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Check email for automatic invoice notifications.

Need older invoices

All invoice history should be available in billing section. If you can't find old invoices, contact Moz support at help@moz.com for archived records.
