Cannot access admin panel
Only account admins can access billing information. Contact your Monday.com account owner to grant you admin privileges.
Billing section not visible
Ensure you're on a paid plan. Free accounts won't have billing history. Also verify you're viewing the correct account if you have multiple.
Download not working
Try disabling popup blockers or ad blockers that might interfere with downloads. Clear your browser cache and try again.
Missing recent invoices
New invoices typically appear within 24-48 hours after payment processing. Check back later or contact Monday.com support.
Invoice shows incorrect information
Update your billing details in the account settings. Changes will apply to future invoices, but past invoices cannot be modified.
