How to Download Invoices from Mixpanel

Prerequisites

You need to be an Owner or Billing Admin to access billing information and download Mixpanel invoices.

Sign in to Mixpanel

Access your Mixpanel account:

  1. Go to mixpanel.com
  2. Click "Login" and enter your credentials
  3. Navigate to your Mixpanel project
  4. Ensure you have Owner or Billing Admin access

Access Organization Settings

Navigate to organization settings:

  1. Click on your organization name in the top left
  2. Select "Organization Settings" from the dropdown
  3. You'll be taken to organization management
  4. Look for billing or subscription section

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In Settings, click "Billing" tab
  2. View your current Mixpanel plan
  3. See event volume and renewal date

Can't access Billing settings

Only Owners and Billing Admins can access billing. Contact your Mixpanel organization owner to request billing permissions or have them download invoices.

No billing history visible

Free Mixpanel accounts don't have billing history. Only paid plans (Growth, Enterprise) have invoice access. Ensure you're on a paid subscription.

Invoice download not working

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for mixpanel.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Contact Mixpanel support if issues persist.
