Prerequisites
You need to be a Company Admin or billing contact to access billing information and download Miro invoices.
Sign in to Miro
Access your Miro account:
- Go to miro.com
- Click "Sign in" and enter your credentials
- Navigate to your dashboard
- Ensure you have admin access
Access Company Settings
Navigate to settings:
- Click on your profile icon in the top right
- Select "Company settings" or "Settings"
- Look for "Billing" or "Subscription" section
- Navigate to billing area
Navigate to Billing
Find billing section:
- In Settings, click "Billing & plans"
- View your current subscription details
- See active members and plan tier
- Look for "Billing history" or "Invoices" link
View Billing History
Access payment records:
- Click on "Billing history" or "View invoices"

Download Invoices

Common Issues & Solutions
Can't access Billing & plans section
Only Company Admins can access billing. If you're a team member, ask your company admin to grant admin permissions or provide the invoices.
No billing history visible
If you're on the Free plan, you won't have billing history. Invoices appear only for paid plans (Team, Business, Enterprise).
Invoice download not working
Ensure pop-ups are enabled for miro.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Contact Miro support if the issue continues.
Invoice shows unexpected charges
Review your subscription plan and active members. Miro charges based on number of team members. Check for recent member additions or plan upgrades.
