Common Issues & Solutions

I don't see the Billing option in Microsoft 365 admin center

You need Global Administrator or Billing Administrator role to access billing information. Contact your organization's admin to grant you the necessary permissions.

Cannot find Teams-specific charges in invoices

Teams charges are often bundled with Microsoft 365 subscription. Look for itemized charges within the main Microsoft 365 invoice, or check for separate Teams add-on invoices.

Invoices are not downloading or opening

Ensure your browser allows downloads from microsoft.com and that pop-ups are enabled. Try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache.

Missing invoices for Teams Phone or Audio Conferencing

These premium Teams features may have separate billing cycles. Check the 'Usage-based billing' section for pay-per-use Teams services.
