Common Issues & Solutions

I don't see the Billing option in my Mailchimp account

Only Account Owners and Admins can access billing information. If you're a user with limited permissions, ask the account owner to grant you admin access or download the invoices for you.

Billing history is empty or showing no invoices

If you're on the free plan, there won't be any billing history. For paid plans, invoices should appear after your first payment. Check if you've made any payments yet.

Cannot download invoice PDF

Ensure your browser allows downloads from mailchimp.com and that pop-ups are enabled. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser.

Missing invoices for specific months

Mailchimp bills monthly based on your plan. If you paused your account or had no activity in a month, there may not be an invoice for that period.
