Loom is a popular async video messaging platform for teams. Managing your Loom subscription invoices is important for tracking communication tool expenses. This guide will show you how to access and download invoices from your Loom workspace.

Prerequisites

You need to be a Workspace Admin or Owner to access billing information and download Loom invoices.

Sign in to Loom

Access your Loom account:

  1. Go to loom.com
  2. Click "Log in" and enter your credentials
  3. Navigate to your Loom workspace
  4. Ensure you have Admin or Owner access

Access Admin Settings

Navigate to workspace settings:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right
  2. Select "Workspace Settings" or "Admin"
  3. You'll be taken to the admin area
  4. Look for billing or subscription section

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In Admin settings, click "Billing" tab
  2. View your current Loom plan (Business or Enterprise)
  3. See member count and subscription details
  4. Look for "Billing history" or "Invoices"

View Invoice History

Access billing records:

  1. Click on "Billing history" or "View invoices"
  2. See list of all past payments
  3. Each shows date, amount, and status
  4. Filter by date if needed

Download Invoices

Get your invoice PDFs:

  1. Find the invoice you need
  2. Click "Download" or "View PDF"
  3. Invoice downloads as PDF file
  4. Save for your records

Note: Loom invoices include plan tier and member count.

Manage Billing Information

Update billing details:

  1. In Billing section, update payment method
  2. Edit billing address and company information
  3. Add VAT number or tax ID if applicable
  4. Changes apply to future invoices

Tip: Loom sends receipt emails after each billing cycle.

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't access Billing settings

Only Workspace Admins and Owners can access billing. Contact your Loom workspace owner to request admin access or have them download invoices.

No billing history available

Free Loom accounts don't have billing history. Only paid Business and Enterprise plans have invoice access. Ensure you're on a paid subscription.

Invoice download not working

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for loom.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Check email for automatic receipt notifications.

Need older invoices

All invoice history should be available in billing section. If you can't find old invoices, contact Loom support at support@loom.com for assistance.
