LiveChat is a customer service platform for online sales and support. Managing your LiveChat invoices is essential for tracking customer support software expenses. This guide will show you how to access and download invoices from your LiveChat account.

Prerequisites

You need Owner access to your LiveChat account to view billing information and download invoices.

Sign in to LiveChat

Access your LiveChat account:

  1. Go to accounts.livechat.com
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Access your LiveChat dashboard

Access Settings

Navigate to account settings:

  1. Click on "Settings" in the left sidebar
  2. Or click settings icon in top navigation
  3. You'll see organization settings options
  4. Look for billing or subscription section

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In Settings, click "Billing"
  2. Or select "Subscription & Billing"
  3. View your current plan details
  4. See billing cycle and payment method

View Billing History

Access your invoices:

  1. Click on "Billing history" or "Invoices"
  2. See list of all past payments
  3. Each shows date, amount, and status
  4. Filter by date range if needed

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't access billing settings

Only account Owners can access billing. Contact your LiveChat account owner to grant permissions or request they download the invoices.

Trial period invoices

Free trial periods don't generate invoices. Billing starts after the trial ends when the first payment is processed.

Text vs ChatBot invoices

If you use LiveChat Text (SMS) or ChatBot separately, they have their own billing. Check each product's billing section for its invoices.

Missing recent invoices

Invoices are generated on your billing date. Check your subscription details to see when the next invoice will be issued based on your billing cycle.
