Common Issues & Solutions
Can't find purchase history or billing section
Make sure you have an active paid subscription. Free LinkedIn accounts don't have access to billing history. Also verify you're signed into the correct account.
Download receipt button is missing
Some older transactions may not have downloadable receipts. Try accessing your email for the original receipt, or contact LinkedIn support for invoices older than 12 months.
Can't access Campaign Manager billing
You need to have admin access to the advertising account. Contact your account administrator to grant you billing permissions or request they download the invoices.
Invoice shows incorrect company details
Update your billing information in Settings & Privacy > Account preferences > Payment methods. Changes may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on new invoices.
