Prerequisites
You need to be a Billing Admin or Organization Admin to access billing information and download Jira invoices.
Sign in to Atlassian Account
To access your Jira billing information:
- Go to admin.atlassian.com
- Sign in with your Atlassian account credentials
- Select your organization if you manage multiple
- Ensure you have billing admin access
Navigate to Billing Section
Access the billing area:
- In the left sidebar, click on "Billing"
- You'll see your current subscription overview
- Look for "Payment history" or "Billing history" tab
- Click to view all past transactions
Access Payment History
View your billing records:
- Click on "Payment history" tab
- You'll see a list of all Jira-related charges
- Each entry shows date, amount, and products

Download Individual Invoices
To download specific invoices:

Access Tax Invoices
For tax and VAT invoices:
- Tax invoices are generated for applicable regions
- Download from the same payment history section
- Ensure your billing address is correct for proper tax documentation
- Contact Atlassian support if you need amended tax invoices
Tip: Atlassian sends invoice notifications to your billing admin email.
Common Issues & Solutions
Can't access the Billing section
Only Organization Admins and Billing Admins can view billing information. Ask your organization admin to grant you the billing admin role or request they download the invoices for you.
Payment history shows no invoices
If you recently purchased Jira, it may take 24-48 hours for invoices to appear. For Cloud products, billing occurs monthly or annually based on your plan.
Invoice is missing or won't download
Ensure pop-ups are enabled for atlassian.com. Try using a different browser. For missing invoices, check your email for the invoice PDF or contact Atlassian support.
Can't find Server or Data Center invoices
Server and Data Center products have different billing. Check your Atlassian account orders section or look for emails from Atlassian with license keys and invoices.
