Invoices not showing up
New invoices may take a few hours to appear. If you're on a free plan, you won't have any invoices to download.
Download button not working
Try disabling ad blockers or popup blockers. Some browser extensions may interfere with the download functionality.
Missing older invoices
HubSpot typically keeps invoice history for several years. If you need very old invoices, contact HubSpot support directly.
Wrong billing information on invoice
Update your billing details in the account settings. Changes will apply to future invoices, but past invoices cannot be modified.
