Prerequisites

You need to be the Account Admin to access billing information and download GoToMeeting invoices.

Sign in to GoToMeeting

Access your GoToMeeting account:

  1. Go to gotomeeting.com
  2. Click "Sign In" and enter your credentials
  3. Navigate to your account dashboard
  4. Ensure you have Admin access

Access Account Settings

Navigate to account management:

  1. Click on your name/profile in the top right
  2. Select "My Account" or "Account Settings"
  3. You'll be taken to account management
  4. Look for billing or subscription section

Find billing section:

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't access Billing Center

Only Account Admins can access billing. If you're not an admin, contact your organization's GoToMeeting admin to request access or have them download invoices.

No billing history visible

Free trial accounts don't have invoice history. Only paid subscriptions have access to billing records. Ensure you're on an active paid plan.

Invoice download fails

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for gotomeeting.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Contact LogMeIn support if issues persist.

Corporate billing through reseller

If your organization purchased through a reseller, invoices may come from them instead. Contact your IT department or account manager for billing records.
