Freshsales is a sales CRM software from Freshworks designed for high-velocity sales teams. Managing your Freshsales invoices is important for tracking CRM expenses. This guide will show you how to access and download invoices from your Freshsales account.
Prerequisites
You need Account Administrator access to your Freshsales account to view billing and download invoices.
Sign in to Freshsales
Access your Freshsales account:
- Go to your Freshsales URL: yourdomain.freshsales.io
- Or use freshworks.com/login
- Enter your email and password
- Access your account dashboard
Access Admin Settings
Navigate to account settings:
- Click on your profile icon in the top right
- Select "Admin Settings" from dropdown
- Or click settings gear icon
- You'll see account management options
Navigate to Billing
Find billing section:
- In Admin Settings, look for "Billing"
- Or click "Account" then "Billing"
- View your subscription plan details
- See billing cycle and payment method
View Billing History
Access your invoices:
- Click on "Billing history" or "Invoices"
- See list of all past payments
- Each shows date, amount, and status
- Filter by date range if needed
Note: Invoices show subscription charges for all users and features.
Download Invoice PDF
Get your billing documents:
- Find the invoice you want to download
- Click "Download" or PDF icon
- Invoice downloads as PDF file
- Save for your accounting records
Manage Subscription
Update billing information:
- In Billing section, update payment method
- Edit billing contact details
- Manage plan and user count
- View next billing date and amount
Tip: Freshsales sends email receipts automatically for all subscription payments.
Common Issues & Solutions
Can't access billing settings
Only Account Administrators can access billing. Contact your account admin to grant permissions or request they download the invoices for you.
Freshworks vs Freshsales billing
Freshsales is part of Freshworks. Your billing may show 'Freshworks' on invoices, which covers Freshsales and any other Freshworks products you use.
Missing recent invoices
Invoices are generated on your billing date. If you recently upgraded or changed plans, the new invoice will appear on the next billing cycle.
Multiple Freshworks products
If you use multiple Freshworks products (Freshdesk, Freshservice, etc.), they may be billed together. Check the invoice details for itemized charges.
