Cannot access billing section
Only team owners and admins can view billing information. Contact your team owner to grant you admin privileges or ask them to download the invoices.
No billing history showing
If you're on a free plan, there won't be any billing history. Ensure you're viewing the correct team that has a paid subscription.
Download not working
Try disabling browser extensions or popup blockers that might interfere with downloads. Use a different browser if the issue persists.
Missing recent invoices
New invoices may take a few hours to appear after payment processing. Check back later or verify the payment was successful.
Wrong team billing information
Make sure you're viewing the billing for the correct team. Use the team switcher to navigate between different teams you're part of.
