Common Issues & Solutions

Can't find Subscription or Billing section

Free Basic users don't have access to billing. Only paid subscribers (Personal, Professional, Teams) can view payment history. Ensure you're signed into the correct account.

No payment history showing

If you recently upgraded, invoices may take 24-48 hours to appear. For subscriptions purchased through app stores (iOS/Android), check your Apple or Google Play billing instead.

Invoice download not working

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for evernote.com. Try using a different browser or clearing cache. Check your email for receipt PDFs that Evernote automatically sends.

Need invoices for Teams account

For Evernote Teams/Business, the account admin must access billing. Contact your team administrator to download invoices or request admin access.
