Common Issues & Solutions
I don't see the Billing option in my Dropbox settings
Only account holders can access billing information. If you're sharing someone else's plan or are part of a Business team without admin rights, ask the account owner for billing access.
Payment history is empty despite having a paid plan
If you recently upgraded from the free plan, payment history may take 24 hours to appear. For very new subscriptions, the first payment record might not be available yet.
Cannot download receipt or invoice
Ensure your browser allows downloads from dropbox.com and that pop-ups are enabled. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
Missing receipts for annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions generate one receipt per year. If you switched from monthly to annual billing, look for the payment date when the annual charge was processed.
