Prerequisites

You need to have an active Discord Nitro or Server Boost subscription to access billing information.

Open Discord

Access your Discord account:

  1. Open Discord app or go to discord.com
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. Navigate to any server or direct messages
  4. Ensure you have an active subscription

Access User Settings

Navigate to user settings:

  1. Click the gear icon (⚙️) next to your username
  2. This opens User Settings
  3. Look for billing or subscription options in the left sidebar
  4. Scroll to "Billing Settings" section

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. Click on "Billing Settings" in the left sidebar
  2. View your active subscriptions (Nitro, Server Boosts)
  3. See payment method and renewal date
  4. Look for "Payment History" link

View Payment History

Access billing records:

  1. Click on "Payment History" tab
  2. See list of all past transactions
  3. Each shows date, type (Nitro/Boost), and amount

Common Issues & Solutions

No billing settings option

Billing Settings only appear if you have an active paid subscription (Nitro or Server Boosts). Free Discord accounts don't have billing access.

Can't find payment history

Ensure you're logged into the correct Discord account that has the subscription. If you subscribed through mobile, check your App Store or Google Play payment history.

Receipt download not working

Try accessing receipts from email notifications instead. Discord sends automatic receipts to your registered email after each billing. Check spam/junk folders.

Server Boost invoices missing

Server Boost charges appear separately in payment history. Look for 'Server Boost' transactions specifically. If gifted boosts, the purchaser receives the receipt.
