Prerequisites

You need Admin or billing permissions to view billing information and download Datadog invoices.

Sign in to Datadog

Access your Datadog account:

  1. Go to app.datadoghq.com/account/login
  2. Enter your email or username
  3. Enter your password
  4. Complete two-factor authentication if enabled

Access Organization Settings

Navigate to organization settings:

  1. Click on your avatar in the bottom left
  2. Select "Organization Settings"
  3. Or hover over your name and click settings
  4. You'll see organization options

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In Organization Settings, click "Plan & Usage"
  2. Or select "Billing" from sidebar
  3. View your current plan and usage
