How to Download Invoices from Copper CRM

Copper (formerly ProsperWorks) is a CRM built for Google Workspace users. Managing your Copper invoices is important for tracking CRM expenses. This guide will show you how to access and download invoices from your Copper account.

Prerequisites

You need Admin access to your Copper account to view billing information and download invoices.

Sign in to Copper

Access your Copper account:

  1. Go to app.copper.com
  2. Sign in with your Google Workspace account
  3. Or use email and password
  4. Access your Copper workspace

Access Settings

Navigate to account settings:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right
  2. Select "Settings" from dropdown
  3. Or click settings gear icon
  4. You'll see account management options

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In Settings, click "Billing" or "Subscription"
  2. View your current plan details
  3. See number of users and features
  4. Look for billing history or invoices

View Billing History

Access your invoices:

  1. Click on "Billing history" or "Invoices"
  2. See list of all past payments
  3. Each shows date, amount, and status
  4. Filter by date if needed

Note: Invoices show subscription charges for all users.

Download Invoice PDF

Get your billing documents:

  1. Find the invoice you want to download
  2. Click "Download" or "View invoice"
  3. Invoice downloads as PDF file
  4. Save for your accounting records

Manage Subscription

Update billing information:

  1. In Billing section, update payment method
  2. Edit billing contact details
  3. Manage plan and user count
  4. View next billing date and amount

Tip: Copper sends email receipts for all subscription payments.

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't access billing settings

Only account Admins can access billing. Contact your Copper administrator to grant permissions or request they download the invoices.

ProsperWorks vs Copper

Copper was formerly called ProsperWorks. Older invoices may show 'ProsperWorks' while newer ones show 'Copper'. They're the same company/service.

Google Workspace billing confusion

Copper billing is separate from Google Workspace. Don't look for Copper invoices in Google Admin—they're in the Copper app itself.

Missing recent invoices

Invoices are generated on your billing date. Check your subscription details to see when the next invoice will be issued based on your billing cycle.
