You need to be the Account Owner to access billing information and download Constant Contact invoices.

Sign in to Constant Contact

Access your Constant Contact account:

  1. Go to constantcontact.com
  2. Click "Log In" and enter your credentials
  3. Navigate to your dashboard
  4. Ensure you're the account owner

Access Account Settings

Navigate to settings:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right
  2. Select "My Account" from the dropdown
  3. You'll be taken to account management
  4. Look for billing or subscription section

Navigate to Billing

Find billing section:

  1. In My Account, click "Billing & Invoices"
  2. View your current Constant Contact plan

Can't access Billing section

Only Account Owners can access billing. If someone else manages the account, contact them to download invoices or transfer account ownership.

No billing history available

Free trial accounts don't have billing history. Only paid Constant Contact plans have invoice access. Ensure you're on an active paid subscription.

Invoice download not working

Ensure pop-ups are enabled for constantcontact.com. Try clearing browser cache or using a different browser. Check email for automatic invoice notifications.

Need archived invoices

All invoice history should be available. If you can't find old invoices, contact Constant Contact support for archived billing records.
