Common Issues & Solutions
Don't see Billing option in admin portal
Only Organization Admins and Billing Admins have access. Request admin privileges from your organization owner, or ask them to download invoices for you.
Confluence and Jira invoices are combined
If you have multiple Atlassian products, they may be on a single invoice. The invoice will itemize each product separately, showing individual costs.
Can't download older invoices
Payment history typically shows recent transactions. For older invoices, check your email for invoice PDFs or contact Atlassian support for historical billing records.
Invoice amount doesn't match expected cost
Check for user additions/removals (prorated charges), marketplace apps, or plan changes. Review the detailed invoice breakdown or contact Atlassian billing support.
