Prerequisites

You need to be a Workspace Owner or Admin to access billing information and download ClickUp invoices.

Sign in to ClickUp

Access your ClickUp workspace:

  1. Go to app.clickup.com
  2. Sign in with your ClickUp credentials
  3. Select your workspace
  4. Ensure you have owner or admin permissions

Access Workspace Settings

Navigate to settings:

  1. Click on your workspace name in the top left
  2. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu
  3. Or click your avatar and select "Settings"
  4. Look for "Billing" or "Subscription" section

Navigate to Billing Section

Find billing information:

  1. In Settings, click on "Billing" tab
  2. You'll see your current subscription details
  3. View plan type and number of members
  4. Look for "Billing history" or "Invoices" link

View Billing History

Access your payment records:

  1. Click on "Billing history" or "View invoices"
  2. See a list of all past payments

Update Billing Information

Manage billing details:

  1. In Billing section, update payment method if needed
  2. Edit billing address for proper invoicing
  3. Add company name and tax ID if applicable
  4. Changes apply to future invoices

Common Issues & Solutions

Can't access Billing section

Only Workspace Owners and Admins can access billing. If you're a member or guest, ask your workspace owner to grant admin privileges or provide the invoices.

No invoices showing in billing history

If you're on the Free plan, you won't have invoices. Billing history only appears for paid plans (Unlimited, Business, Enterprise).

Invoice doesn't download or link is broken

Ensure pop-ups are allowed for clickup.com. Try using a different browser or clearing cache. If the issue persists, contact ClickUp support.

Invoice shows incorrect pricing or members

ClickUp charges based on members in your workspace. Check if members were added/removed during the billing period causing prorated charges. Review the detailed invoice breakdown.
