Missing recent invoices
Recent payments may take 24-48 hours to show up in billing history. Check back later or contact Canva support.
Team invoices not visible
Ensure you have admin privileges for the team account. Only team admins can access billing information for team subscriptions.
Invoice shows wrong currency
Invoices are generated in the currency used during purchase. You cannot change the currency on existing invoices.
