Prerequisites
You need to be the Account Owner or Admin to access billing information and download Calendly invoices.
Sign in to Calendly
Access your Calendly account:
- Go to calendly.com
- Click "Log in" and enter your credentials
- Navigate to your dashboard
- Ensure you have owner or admin access
Access Account Settings
Navigate to settings:
- Click on your profile icon in the top right
- Select "Account" or "Account Settings"
- Look for "Billing" or "Subscription" section
- Navigate to billing area
Navigate to Billing
Find billing section:
- In Account Settings, click "Billing"
- View your current subscription plan
- See active seats and features
- Look for "Billing history" or "Invoices" link
View Billing History
Access payment records:
- Click on "Billing history" or "View invoices"

Common Issues & Solutions
Can't access Billing section
Only Account Owners and Admins can access billing. If you're a standard user, ask your account owner to grant admin permissions or provide the invoices.
No billing history showing
If you're on the Free plan, you won't have billing history. Invoices appear only for paid plans (Standard, Teams, Enterprise).
Invoice download fails
Check browser settings to allow downloads from calendly.com. Try clearing cache or using a different browser. Contact Calendly support if issue persists.
Invoice amount different than expected
Review your subscription plan and active seats. Calendly charges based on number of users. Check for recent seat additions or plan changes.
